Showcasing Mermaid on a rock

Hello!

Today I am showing you a card that DT Monika made a while ago. Monika usually uses colored pencils for her projects. You can find her post here.

I love her projects because all the layers. Her coloring is lovely and the design is very pretty. She is using the digital stamp called Mermaid on a rock.
